Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Canada. Available shipping destinations and charges will be displayed during checkout.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are generally processed within 2-3 days. Processing time is separate from shipping time and may be longer during launches, festive periods, promotions, or public holidays.

How long will delivery take?

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. These timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Will I receive tracking information?

Where tracked shipping is available, tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

What happens if my package is delayed?

Once an order is with the courier, delays may occasionally occur. Please review your tracking information first. If there has been no update for an extended period, contact us at ratnaura9@gmail.com, and we will help you review the shipment status.

What should I do if my package is marked delivered but I cannot find it?

Please check around the delivery location, with household members, neighbours, building management, or the courier. If the package is still missing, contact us and the courier as soon as possible. Ratnaura is not responsible for packages lost after confirmed delivery, but we will assist where reasonably possible.
